I also have an old Naish history book, which lists the entire camp staff for 
the first summer of camping at Naish, as follows: 

Chief Camp Director:  B.B. Dawson 
Camp Director:  M.H. McMasters 
Quartermaster:  Max Jensen 
Bugler:  Raymond Carter 
Chef:  Adam Ehart 

In fact, the book lists the names of everyone who attended camp that summer 
- staff, scouts, and visitors.  I could send it to you if you're interested. 
It also gives a summary of attendance that first year, as follows:
