Friends of Ted Naish
I did a little reach and got in contact with a gentleman who has an actual
copy of the passenger list from the Lustiania. When I inquired about the
Naish's(Naisch) this is what he had to say.
'Hello Christian,
'
'The information in the passenger lists is very brief. This is what it
says:-
'
'Naisch, Theodore, US citizen travelling from Kansas City, Missouri in
Second
'Class was recorded as "missing". His body was not recovered (at least, not
'to the knowledge of the Cunard Company).
'
'Naisch, Mrs Belle Saunders, US citizen travelling from Kansas City,
Missouri
'in Second Class was recorded on the list of survivors.
'
'There were no other pasengers on board called Naisch and none of the other
'passengers in Second Class were travelling from Kansas City. Although this
'information is negative, it at least confirms that they were not travelling
'with children. It also makes it unlikely that they were travelling in a
'larger party, as some other passengers seemed to have done.
'
'I hope this helps.
'
